Buyers and users of EBC Solar & Battery Powered Variable Frequency Snake Repellers, need be aware that snakes are wild creatures and as such can exhibit unpredictable behavior. Whilst Snake Repellers have not been tested on all species of ground snakes, evidence gathered over many years shows a marked reduction of snake incursions in areas where repellers are actively installed. A 100% guarantee cannot be given that snake incursions won’t occur. Due to the inherent risk of extreme danger, no attempt should be made to kill, entice, capture or interact with snakes, regardless of whether snake repellers are installed or not. Any human activity in areas where ground snakes may be present must always be considered as presenting a heightened degree of risk, but to a much lesser degree in areas where snake repellers are actively operating. Common sense precautions and awareness of ground snake behavior is always advisable. Nevertheless, the buyers and users of our snake repellers assume full responsibility for their own safety and for those in their charge. By purchasing the repellers, you confirm that you understand these terms and conditions, and that you do not hold EBC Enviro Bug Control responsible for any harm, damage or impairment that might occur while using the snakes repellers.
